Anyone embarking on small scale renovations for any property type (project value under R500 000,00) who want to minimize professional fees and be heavily involved in their project.
HOW IT WORKS...
This service consists of two sessions, both of which will be on-line zoom sessions. It can be booked separately or as a continuous session.

Session 1: Project diagnostic (R500)
30min on-line meeting

Answer project specific questions you have regarding the process (eg: Do I need council approval? Is what I want to do legal? Where do I start? Is what I want possible? What is the likely process?)

Discuss project value / will this project add value to your property

​Project specific considerations that will ensure your budget is allocated towards what will make the biggest difference towards achieving your vision and fulfilling your needs.

Site analysis (looking at light / wind / sun patterns and how to optimize that for maximum comfort and practical use)

Session 2: Design & Spatial Arrangements (R1 750)
30min preparation by architects
60min on-line design session with client

For session 2, the architect will share their screen and sketch ideas down during the session (often over photos, your sketches and existing plans). You will be able to view the whole process, share your ideas and collaborate with the architect. After the session you will receive a copy of any sketches and notes made during the session.
