Reflection is sometimes needed.

Pausing and reflecting is something we so often neglect; yet is such a powerful way to re-align to our goals, to see how far we have come, what was done well and where there is room for shifts and improvement. Over the last 12 months our office has moved premises, doubled in size, expanded our project locations to beyond the South African borders, integrated new technology to constantly improve our design process and client experience; and rubbed shoulders with many other professionals new to our circle.

We are excited to see what new relationships and collaborations will bring in the next 12 months. We have exceptional projects going to site in the new year and cannot wait to tackle new design opportunities on the drawing board.

We have also reflected on how critical differing points of view are to our design process. Every design a client sees has gone through many (at least 10-20) internal iterations, debates, break downs and critical reviews; each highlighting a different aspect and pushing the development of the project to the next level.

Our goal for 2023 is to continue our growth; in knowledge, numbers and relationships, while maintaining a collaborative and client centred approach to every design challenge.
